Magbot is the world's first fully wireless tool changing system for UR Cobots. It functions as a robotic automatic tool changer.

Modern robots need multiple end-effectors (tools) to perform various tasks and services. This makes an automatic tool changer essential for switching between tools efficiently.

Magbot's system is remarkably simple, utilizing ultra-fast and powerful magnetic switching technology.

The system boasts exceptional quality, demonstrating strong durability against drops, bumps, and vibration. It also offers high reliability across extreme temperatures, high humidity, and maintains waterproof and dustproof capabilities.

Magbot offers three ATC (automatic tool changer) models for Universal Robot: TCV1, TCV2, and TCW1.

The TCW1 model features fully wireless operation with a 10kg payload capacity. The wired models—TCV1 (10kg payload) and TCV2 (16kg payload)—operate through UR Cobot's power system (24V 2A), eliminating the need for external power or pneumatic systems.

The cost-effective Magbot tool plate (Tool-side Tool Changer) supports a wide range of tools, ensuring excellent scalability for automated and unmanned robotic systems.

Beyond its primary tool-changing function, Magbot delivers additional value through its Magnetic Gripper application for pick-and-place operations, enhancing unmanned automation capabilities.

Magbot also provides innovative value to customers by expanding the application to Magnetic Gripper for the pick and place process, in addition to the robot automatic tool changing function for unmanned and automation.
